トレーニング内容
相手あってのフットボール。
サッカーの本質から逆算した駆け引きを身につけてもらえるよう、トレーニングをプログラムしています。
「相手がいる」ということは、意外とおざなりにされがちです。自主練、影の努力、そういったものが美徳とされる日本のスポーツ界ですが、相手がいることを忘れてしまうことが多々あるように感じます。
パーソナルトレーニングや、個人スクールと言ったものも数年前に比べると急増しましたが、そこでも常に同じような課題にぶつかります。

スキルは部分的、センスは全体的。
スキルでないものがセンス、センスでないのものがスキル。
スキルは言語化可能だが、センスは言語化がむずかしい。
２つのワードを、それぞれそういうものと捉えていますが、さてサッカーにおいてセンスとは？
スキルを教えるサッカースクール／クラブは急増しました。
ドリブル、フェイント、ターン・・・。キックの種類も、さまざまな球質で蹴り分ける子どもたちが増えました。
だけど、それを扱うセンスが置いてけぼりになっていないでしょうか。
まったく同じ局面は訪れないサッカーにおいて、瞬間的にどんなプレーを選択するのかは、まさにセンスが問われるところ。だけど、実はここは面白いところであり、難しいところです。
技に頼り、技に溺れ、また技に執着してサッカーを楽しめなくなってしまったプレイヤーは幾多の数います。
逆に、センスはあるのに、スキルを磨かず消えてしまうことも多々。
スキルとセンス。
センスは先天的なものでもありますが、様々な気づきで後天的にも身につくものです。
そのために、ロボス西谷の多様性ある空間、カルチャートも言える場所があります。
世界中、どこでもサッカーを楽しめるスキルとセンスを磨いて、サッカーを一生涯の宝にしてほしい。

“Training Content”
Football with opponents. We program our training to develop the strategic aspects of soccer by working backward from its essence.
Skills are specific, while sense is holistic. What is not a skill is sense, and what is not sense is skill. Skills can be articulated, but sense is difficult to put into words. That is how we perceive it, but what exactly is sense in Football?
Football schools/clubs teaching skills have multiplied rapidly. However, has the development of sense been left behind?
Many players have become reliant on techniques, obsessed with them, and lost the enjoyment of football as a result. Conversely, there are many who possess natural sense but fade away without honing their skills.
Skills and sense. Sense can be innate, but it can also be acquired through various realizations. For this reason, LOBOS F.C. NISHIYA provides a diverse space, a cultural hub, where players can nurture both skills and sense.
We want players to cultivate skills and sense that allow them to enjoy football anywhere in the world and make it a lifelong treasure.
